Added link secret section #45

Revised the text from earlier version to include more detail about the purpose of the link_secret.

In reviewing, please look at the last sentence. I'm pretty sure that is accurate -- that verifier knows the same link secret was used for all credentials involved in the generation of a presentation derived from multiple credentials, but would appreciate that be confirmed by those that might know.
