Indy-SDK replacement

Replace Indy-SDK with the following libraries.

• Aries Askar secure storage https://github.com/hyperledger/aries-askar
• Indy Verifiable Date Registry https://github.com/hyperledger/indy-vdr
• Shared Rust libraries for Hyperledger Anoncreds https://github.com/hyperledger/anoncreds-rs

Wrapper development status

• Aries Askar wrapper is almost done by @conanoc
• Indy VDR wrapper is starting by @godpp
• Anoncreds wrapper will be done by @conanoc

Considerations

• How about using UniFFI instead of creating a C-API wrapper? UniFFI will also generate a Kotlin wrapper.
• The wrappers will be created as Swift packages. Aries-framework-swift will be distributed via SPM as a Swift module.
• XCFrameworks of the above libraries are already being created for javascript wrappers. We can use them.
