docs currently say that this doesn't work on Windows. It does but you might need WSL https://besu.hyperledger.org/en/latest/private-networks/get-started/install/run-docker-image/ https://besu.hyperledger.org/en/latest/public-networks/get-started/install/run-docker-image/

@macfarla neither of the tech writers have a windows machine to test this on – do you know someone who can spell out and confirm these instructions?
