understand what's involved in adding the hive testing for v5

In Chupacabra, we worked already a lot with the Hive engine tests. We've compiled a document how to run them and some tips & tricks: https://hackmd.io/oLxmO14oTpK4pHdfKUBqRg?both

The other Hive tests can be run in the same way. Whoever is working on this can reach out to me if there are any questions.
