Terraform definitions to create Kubernetes cluster in different infrastructure #3120

Use Terraform to create infrastructure on different providers with a click.

Requirements:

  1. Terraform definition to create the Kubernetes cluster of all SATP infrastructure (gateway, databases, UI) in different providers
  2. Providers must include at least local and Google Cloud (should be easy to extend).
