Query Method is not working #254

We are using the simple scenario fro a besu network.

open and transfer method is working but query is getting failed.

error [caliper] [ethereum-connector] Failed tx on simple calling method query nonce undefined error [caliper] [ethereum-connector] Error: Returned error: Intrinsic gas exceeds gas limit
