Can't build the project. Fabric-gateway build is broken !!!IMPORTNAT!!! #591

After the latest updates we can't build our project because of

#13 34.09 npm ERR! 404 Not Found - GET https://registry.npmjs.org/@hyperledger/fabric-protos/-/fabric-protos-0.2.0.tgz - Not found

looks like @hyperledger/fabric-protos became private https://www.npmjs.com/login?next=%2Fpackage%2F%40hyperledger%2Ffabric-protos

@bestbeforetoday @denyeart @mbwhite tagging you as last committers here and in https://github.com/hyperledger/fabric-protos , please assist.
