Versions of dependency-check prior to v9 may stop working from 2023-12-15. For v9, it is strongly encouraged to use an API key. More details here.

Either upgrade to v9, apply for and configure an API key, or stop using dependency-check and rely on other vulnerability scanning tools instead.
