I'm hoping that the triage permission will get this done but we are in the experimentation phase to find out.

@ryjones https://github.com/hyperledger/cacti/pull/3170 I finally fixed the error and CI passed. But what we are trying to achieve with Peter is ability to re-run for example only yarn_custom_checks because there are often situations when everything passes on local machine but on github does not. Re-running and testing one job is more convenient and faster that force pushing x-times and waiting for all previous jobs to pass to see that exact one.
