fix: Update mediator and oas to latest working version with the TS SDK. #68

Updating the QSG to match the latest version of the agent, mediator which also, combined with another PR in Typescript, ensures that the DEMO can run smoothly through.

1.18.0 for the agent and 0.10.2 for the mediator.

Typescript demo by default now also shows a peerDID from beta mediator, the only one working atm. All the scenarios work without issues.
