general_config files missing. #1778

While testing token-plugin with the updated version of indy-node, testing of token-plugin failed due to missing files under general_config:

ubuntu_platform_config.py
general_config.py
windows_platform_config.py

Those files were deleted by the prepare_package.sh script.

After consulting with @WadeBarnes those files should be deleted for .deb packages and not for pypi packages. The prepare_package.sh Script , which has a distinguishing feature between pypi and deb publishing, was corrected in that manner with the linked PR.
