Indy Node 22.04 Upgrade repositories #1872

We are currently using

deb https://hyperledger.jfrog.io/artifactory/indy jammy dev

I think we may need to recreate this as

deb https://hyperledger.jfrog.io/artifactory/indy jammy dev

I'm not sure the details of everything that is included in the jfrog repository and what we may need to copy or rebuild over to the new repository. I'm also not sure about the steps needed to create the new jfrog repository.

Looks like I already have the repository set correctly.
