We need a section that goes into an example blockchain.

In this example we need to talk about how to build up a blockchain.

Want to have an example of

[ ] a custom permission validator
[ ] a custom recurring payment from all accounts in a single domain
[ ] intra-blockchain atomic exchange
[ ] admin account
[ ] upgrade of permission validator
[ ] custodian roles
[ ] usage of key storage vs. metadata
