Started gRPC client for NodeJS #12

This is a working progress, I push it to start some discussion on how would you like to implement that client.

  1. Write corresponding interface for each service as it defined at current api.protobuff. Unfortunately, I haven't found a tool to auto-generate it.
  2. Start gRPC NodeJS client
