@non-fungible-nelson : We have rules for merging project reports that do not seem to have been followed here. From https://toc.hyperledger.org/governing-documents/project-updates.html#merging:

Project reports will be merged after 14 days from submission unless (1) there is still ongoing discussion regarding the report or (2) a majority of the TOC has not approved the PR. If all TOC members have approved the PR before 14 days, then the PR will be merged.

It would be great if the rest of the @hyperledger/toc members could have a look at this report even though it has been merged and add your comments/feedback/approval.

whoops! sorry - i was trying to actually merge the typo suggestion above... the Git rules must have changed for write access on this repo.

sorry - The process may have changed RE Git PRs, commits, more, so I opened a PR to revert... if there is a better way to proceed, let me know.

No problem, Matt. I think that we can close #270 and just let people review the PR here. If there are any major concerns, we can always open another PR to address those concerns.
