@tkuhrt I changed the index to include links to the TSC member github pages - good idea or no? https://ryjones.github.io/tsc/ shows it.

@shemnon @lehors I changed the theme to add a table of contents on the side. this will make adding a full list of previous TSC members (and other documents) easier. Take a look?
