It is good to see progress on this Hyperledger Lab.

I'm not sure if there is a precedent for a lab to submit a quarterly project report though, or maybe I missed some background discussion on this one...

@denyeart : You are correct. No precedent for labs submitting project updates. These are for projects only: https://toc.hyperledger.org/governing-documents/project-updates.html.

A possible misunderstanding on my part. Based on my understanding, there was a prune project for inactive projects ,and I had submitted a PR for the quarterly report accordingly. It appears that my assumption was incorrect.
