Sometimes in canvas the delete toolbar state shows when it shouldn't #71

Noticed a few times, I think mainly after deleting text block via keyboard…will update if I see in other situations.

@jaredpereira okay narrowed down - seems the delete state of the toolbar just persists after a block has been deleted (clicking elsewhere on the canvas hides it, but should go away as soon as the thing has been deleted)
