Adding frontendOpenOrders endpoint to API for more information on open orders (e.g. Trigger Price)

This looks great! Thanks for making the pull request. I believe @lmlmt ended up force pushing to clean up some of his changes which ended up breaking the pull request. I'm going to just merge the original commit into our internal repo and include it in our next release.
