Create add venue button & Form

• [ ] When admin click button a form should appear.
• [ ] Create form.
  • [ ] Venue Name
  • [ ] Venue City
  • [ ] Venue Country (optional)
  • [ ] Address line
  • [ ] Venue Postal code
  • [ ] Venue State

• [ ] Create Save button and save to venue table in db.

  Table should look like this.	Column name	Type
  venue_id	uuid
  venue_name	String
  venue_address	jsonb

@beppek Is it possible to wrap the input for "Venue name, city, post code, street name & number" into the "Venue_address" column, or do we need separate columns in the table for that?

I think it would be fine with a jsonb type on address. Look to the stripe docs for example how to structure address. I'll write down example later today
