Commit initial database migrations #61

This is to be done before the repo goes into production. The migrations will have to be removed from .gitignore and then maintained after that. Apart from the pending tasks #51, #56 https://github.com/Hyperlog/lambda_profile_analysis/issues/1, there's also #24 before this can be done.

I think it is time to start preparing for the production launch. I'm hoping to get very rough beta up for a few users by 15 July.
