Inconsistency in the name #185

here on GitHub most things refer to "hypermod", but on the site it's called "codeshiftcommunity", not sure whether that's on purpose, but maybe it could be made more consistent?

Really excited about this breath of fresh air!

Hey, @Haroenv thanks for raising this issue 😄

I'm currently in the (slow) process of moving Codeshift to a new name: Hypermod!

I'm building a few bigger pieces behind the scenes to turn this project into a more complete code evolution toolchain, so definitely watch this space if you're interested! I'm going to need some folks to help me test it while it's in beta!

I'm hoping to drop a new website in a couple of weeks which should shed some more light on the reason for this change!
