Remove non-scam players

Although the idea of the adddon of avoiding being scammed seems nice, the Golemagg Discord community took it a step bit too far with being self-elected morale police: they also add people without any scams just for harassment or rudeness while aso banning affected players from their Discord on some occasions.

Here are some examples of what I'm talking about :

• Reacted with cancer insults instantly after being declined for a party.
• Homophobic slurs and harassing player from multiple different chars relogging to continue the harassment
• Homophobic slurs and harassment with multiple characters relogging to keep it going on
• Homophobic insults and IRL threats with several characters relogging to keep the harassment going on
• Harassment individually and as a group (current guild)
• Racist slurs and toxic behaviour, in game and on discord
• Harassed a player because of a ninja report in which their friends appeared

etc.

And although I believe that such toxic behaviour should not be part of the game, there is an ingame reporting tool for such things and these people should not be marked as scammers as they technically didn't scam anyone and such reports are out of scope of the project itself.

I'm not advocating racism, homophobia nor general toxicity. But the way as I see it these players should not be missmarked as scammers.
