Add tests coverage monitoring #139

We need collect data, which is documented process ( https://github.com/avajs/ava#code-coverage ). Next to send coverage report to codacy ( https://github.com/EvgenyOrekhov/emmet-hyperscript/blob/86f3b84aaba30465d82a35275094ad90f9305885/.travis.yml#L23 , https://support.codacy.com/hc/en-us/articles/207993835-Add-coverage-to-your-repo , https://github.com/codacy/node-codacy-coverage#installation) .

HyperOne has developed a new version of CLI v2 which is a complete rewrite of this software. The problem you indicated concerns the V1 version, which is not further developed. The reported problem should no longer exist in V2.
