update scikit-learn requirements to force version below 1.2 #194

Modified the scikit-learn entry to force a version below 1.2 to avoid error with AdaBoostClassifier.

Thank you very much for your contribution! I'll close #193 for now but will work on supporting scikit-learn 1.2
