Add Swift Package Manager Support #456

Package.swift file is added to support Package Manager dependencies using Swift Package Manager.

Hello Ramy! First of all, thanks for your contribution. I was wondering, as far as I know, SPM doesn't support having assets. Would that be a problem here?
