Disable Travis notifications in frameworks

I think we have to disable email notifications in our open source libraries, it's just annoying.

Oh, I know how to not get notifications. Go to the Travis site and log out. BOOM.

I like this, if you want to opt-in you can do that with apps like http://ccmenu.org
