I've done several things here:

Where possible, limit the amount of characters per line to 80
Fix up grammatical errors
- Fix typos
- Use proper quotation marks
- Add non-breaking spaces between percentages
- …
Reword some sentences for a more understandable language
Make links using “footnotes”:

[Making a link] is as easy as that.
```
Probably some more stuff …
