Updated go version in go.mod to go1.20
Updated following dependencies
- cosmos-sdk: v0.45.16
- ibc-go: v4.4.3
- cometBFT (previously Tendermint) : v0.34.27
- wasmd: v0.31.0
Replace jagrat with prajna in x/ssi/types/common.go to support CAIP-10 prefix of upcoming testnet
