info and hyperlink value field edit issue

1. create info action
2. edit type and enter hyperlink
3. and click on submit button

   here we see that , information filled in info textbox , is accepted by URL textbox ( this is happening in retweet and dicord also )

• after editing any action if admin click on submit button directly instead of update then it is not validating the fields
• validation is only for keeping blank title filed and value filed. and not for invalid input
• on submit we have to add all the validations whatever we have for add button
