Update workflow to push built website to separate repository #52

See https://github.com/ad-m/github-push-action/tree/master?tab=readme-ov-file#inputs - I have setup the access token accordingly and it should push to the hyperspy/hyperspy.github.com repository when merged.

I also enable build on branch on readthedocs.org.

Merging now as this is the only to know if this is working!

After updating the reusable workflow in https://github.com/hyperspy/.github/commit/e7d52c004c03794244f567dd03ce471309a7bc45, this is now working!
