This is a follow-up of https://github.com/hyperspy/hyperspy_swift_library/pull/4 with some improvements

Updated documentation
Simplified workflow
Removal of obsolete method print_data_item_titles_sizes()
Removal of test data (project and notebook). They will be added back in a later stage in the form of unittests.
Version number updated to 0.2
