DONE crsmeta (branch 'any') now has crs_any() and tries for wkt, epsg, proj, and input and each of those more specific functions also look for that column in 'sc' class
silicate will have to use crs_funs to populate more columns in $meta (proj, wkt, epsg, input)
reproj will have to apply a series of choices for what's best to use (if more than one)
