create output file needs more options #205

need more control on the creation, sparse_ok, tiling, driver etc.

[x] creation options SPARSE_OK=YES, BIGTIFF=IF_SAFER, BLOCKSIZE/BLOCKXSIZE ...
[x] format, GTiff, COG, NetCDF etc
