We should write it into wiki, and link the wiki page to CONTRIBUTING.

Hello @HalloMelon, could you write a short wiki page to introduce how conventional commits are used in this project?

I think we can also add it to the pr template. The pr title will be used as the commit message. So, it would be better if contributors give a proper title when creating a PR.
