[Refactor] Upgrade the React version to 18+ #873

Description

As mentioned here, https://github.com/hypertrons/hypertrons-crx/issues/840#issuecomment-2366756627, the ProChat component will be introduced later. It needs to be upgraded to React version 18+. This part will be completed with the help of @Xsy41.
