[Proposal] GitXX platform interface design #342

We need GitXX platform interface design for new hypertrons. The GitXX platform actually has several independent components

We should notice that we should divide interfaces to two types, data retrieve and interoperation, for all data types, we may also need events for data change.

And For now, TAPD is not good enough as an open platform.
