Provide a main DITA Map #5

There does not seem to be a main DITA Map for the project.

Not only that, but the repo also seems to be incomplete. I tried to make a PDF file out of the artefact_concepts.pdf for an experiment, and realised many files uave segment like this:

 conref="../../conref/conref_source_metadata.dita#topic_hw_conref_meta/author_tony_self">

Which effectively mean that there is a conref in the parent directory of this repo's root, which is no where to be found.

I have uploaded the main Map file ditastyle_oxygen.ditamap which seemed to have been missing. In trying to build a PDF from artefact_concepts.ditamap, you may have encountered some sort of relative path issue. The file named conref/conref_source_metadata.dita does exist.

Thanks @hyperwrite we'll try the new DITA Map in the next couple of days and give you feedback if we stumble into any problem. We wanted to update the Style Guide hosted on our web site with the latest WebHelp responsive output + Feedback form.

The ditastyle_oxygen.ditamap has lots of references like:

href="Artefact/artefact_introduction.ditamap"

but the "artefact_introduction.ditamap" is still next to "ditastyle_oxygen.ditamap" so the reference is broken.

I have revised the references to remove Artefact/

@hyperwrite there are still lots of not found files and incorrect references in file paths: errors.html.zip

Also, when I build the dita project using ditastyle_oxygen.ditamap with the dita open tookit version 3.6, there is an infinite loop: [mapref] file:/c:/Users/CVNR37/Downloads/DITAStyleGuide-master/ditastyle_oxygen.ditamap:57:51: [DOTX053E][ERROR]: A element that references another map indirectly includes itself, which results in an infinite loop. The original map reference is to 'eb0443c97a813a330ed0f343591e61fae7c33de6.ditamap'.

Some instructions on how to build the project in the README.md file would be helpful.

I'd like to second that. I just learned about DITA today and would like to be able to build a PDF. This book seems like a good starting point for absolute beginners.
