Summary As a DHO user I would like to be able to sign transactions without getting the "deadline exceed" error.

Possible causes

• action takes too long
• node has not cached this contract - only solution to this is to try it again when it fails the first time
• not enough staked on Telos - as Telos transactions are sorted by CPU stake. So an account that has 1 TLOS staked on CPU will be scheduled to run after one that has 2 TLOS staked. Rich coin has 20 staked (or used to) so I was staking 31 for our "first signer pays" implementation on Seeds.
• node is too slow - if the action is slow, and can't really be made faster, using a different node may be better
