Task: Research scope to implement Node js server for notifications

Version 1 Notifications (show up on notification page in DHO: https://xd.adobe.com/view/7cc1de2c-4b1e-466b-8ac4-eb37f309c3bb-2992/screen/0e6dcce9-0624-45f5-b7a4-96d0a9ec7dd0/

[ ] proposal passed / rejected (voting time)
[ ] new comment
[ ] reply to comment
[ ] Like comment
[ ] claimable period
[ ] Someone suspended your assignment
[ ] extend my assignment (1 week)
[ ] Multi Sig signers - new PR
[ ] staging proposals expires in X days

Version 2

[ ] Application got approved (new members)
[ ] when your redemption request gets signed on the treasury (not sure if that is possible)

Version 3: Send a notification to your phone via sms, telegram, discord or email
