Store Token Name on the backend #305

Summary: As a DAO creator I want to be able to store the token name for the create DAO actions.

@leonieherma1 @Gerard097 @n13 I spoke with Gery, we currently store only Token symbols (reward_token, voice_token, peg_token), what this feature adds is:

[ ] Token name (20 characters, required) -> ex Bitcoin
[ ] Token symbol (7 character, uppercase, required) -> ex BTC
[ ] ability to add name and symbol for tokens should be done via createdao action
