Summary Please implement the design changes that Massimo mentioned during the design meeting

AC

• [x] Colour Picker: Only open the colour picker over the circle (not the field). When user hovers over circle show a "colour picker" icon and then open the colour picker on click
• [x] The copy over the banners should reach max 50% over whole width
• [x] Proposals Banner: Add the two boxes for "Quorum" and "Unity" - The values for quorum (e.g. 20%) and unity (e.g. 80%) should be updated automatically depending on the settings in "general"
• [x] Removing the first notification is not possible. Should be possible and then the second one becomes the first notification
• [x] Add a warning message (similar to proposal creation wizard) when I try to leave the page without saving the changes. Copy: Are you sure you want to leave without saving your settings? Button 1: Leave without saving Button 2: Save changes
• [x] Add loading sign to preview image of banner (and see if the image can be uploaded faster) - currently takes 30 seconds

@arsenijesavic the green border of active fields is not in the styleguide - I have seen it in some other places too. Can you work wiht @pugakn who updated the styleguide to make sure it is consistent and not green?

Please be consistent and use the dark blue (like everywhere else for active fields)

I can see the loading sign "...upoading" but the picture never uploads
