Short transaction signing time creating unintentional lack of usability #2598

Describe the bug Transaction signing time too short (25 seconds)

Currently the time we went to sign a transaction is only 25 seconds, not giving the user enough time to actually read the transaction. I would like this to be raised to three minutes. There isn't any downside to increasing this time limit.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Sign a TX

Current behavior When signing a transaction through the UI, you only have 25 seconds to approve the transaction, by the time that the wallet loads the transaction people get to read it, they may not be able to review what are actually sending. This issue it's particularly relevant to the software suite because proposals may have a lot of text, and a natural human inclination is to try to review this before sending the transaction. Because this transaction is not sent, the user is redirected to the UI, which may even change, or in some cases leaves the information in the fields, creating turbulence for the user.

Expected behavior Three minutes or more to sign transaction
