This PR: Basic switching network works Next PR: Show chain logo and asset name.

Moved network parse logic out of use case into Chains repo
Caching parsed networks
Saving currently selected network, re-connecting on the next app start
Bugfixes for stopping and starting a connection

Of note - apparently the JS API can only handle a single endpoint, so we always us the first endpoint.
