Another eosdart bug: floating point fields INCLUDES FIX #266

Describe the bug Wallet misinterprets floating point fields when scanning a QR code To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Scan this image

  2. Observe bad data in weight field image

Expected behavior (Fix is pushed upstream here: https://github.com/primes-network/eosdart/pull/46) Corrected result in LW codebase: image
