Added selection of publication protocols via configuration
Added HTTP protocol update via A and AAAA records
Added Removal of DNS entries when protocol disabled
DNS updates only if value of entry changes
Disable A and AAAA deleation and updating
Added domain creation on Digital Ocean if it does not already exist
IP addresses now in applicatoin config
ipv6 optional
