š Due date: May
šÆ Success criteria: We find at least 1 quick win that can bring 1 new client (or has potential to bring 10+ users)
Task Summary
With the team's help - identify (or brainstorm) a set of potential quick wins in:
Product changes / experiments
Process / ways of working
Existing Customer Referrals
Expansion within Existing Customers
A first step leading to potential quick wins is a meeting to discuss the USP ideas and notes from Miro board as we discussed on our Weekly Meeting on May16 (we also agree we'll use Weekly meeting on May23 to discuss these):
[x] Share this Issue with everyone on the weekly meeting on Thu // The ask is -> to think about changes that you know how to make (or you know someone who knows) and can be done within 1-2 months and you believe will open new client/user opportunities
My Understanding from the discussions I was part of and the team had internally is that team believes (and I second that) DP can be shaped into valuable product offering (not just a tech stack), including services surrounding the implementation and on-going maintenance.
Product offering where we would like to play fits categories 1. and (partially 3.) from the above DP USP document;
1/ More comprehensive P2P/DWeb/CryptoCrytpo publishing/storage options:
3/ DP as the full fledged censorship resistant CMS
The offering is targeted to business users (B2B), i.e. small or large organisations, not individuals.

Closing thoughts:
Interesting (and from my experience very unusual) situation that we haven't found any quick wins. I think it's partly because DPress is not yet a product and therefore we miss all potential indicators and stats of what is working and what is not working for clients.
Tooling was developed on purely theoretical proposal grant with great vision but limited alignment with real customer needs or even with knowing who the real customer with painpoint is.
