Publish via Distributed.Press #235

Hey folks! I was just looking at various Hypha sites and noticed that the handbook isn't using Distributed.Press in it's publishing flow.

Would a PR that enables ipns/hyper make sense?

I'm thinking we should keep the existing "deploy to github pages" flow, and add a new task around here which will also publish to distributed.press. From there I'll add an NS record to just serve the p2p versions of the site via DP.

Hi @RangerMauve

I think that would be really nice. It would make a lot of sense to use Distributed.Press's publishing flow. A PR that enables dweb publishing would be ideal.

Now that we've got more practice with publishing our stuff on DP, might be a good time to try this out?

@tripledoublev Are you comfy setting up the gh action or should I? I can set up the dns stuff.
