Update invoicing process #297

Update this entry in the sending invoices page:

A member of the Finance Working Group (WG) creates an invoice and sends it to the client using QuickBooks Online using the information from the spreadsheet.

Replace it with:

A member of the Finance Working Group (WG):

  • creates an invoice and sends it to the client using QuickBooks Online using the information from the spreadsheet, or
  • requests the bookkeeper to create the invoice using the information from the spreadshet
