Updated Hypha's "About us" description

Do you think the new blurb is substantially better?

It definitely is more precise about what we do. I also appreciate the broader territorial focus beyond the great lakes region. I often refer to handbook and use this specific blurb 'about us' when I need to provide a description/bio of Hypha.

That said, I think this is meant to evolve but I felt like I might as well update it with this improved description until we re-work it once again :)
